Ireland Bed Breakfast: Breakfast in Europe is such a special problem that it needs a speck word even in this roster of generalities. Every country in Europe, excepi Great Britain and ireland bed breakfast (to a lesser extent Holland and Scandinavia too) commonly serves merely the so-called Continental breakfast, meat-ing coffee with rolls and butter, sweetened by a spot of jam or marmalai or honey. That's all there is, there isn't any more. It is known everywhere as cafe complet.
It is commonly taken in the guest's bedroom, after a tele phone order, but it may usually be had in a breakfast room downstairs Luxury hotels and first-class hotels are prepared to serve almost anything else that is desired. Orange juice is easy for them and they can usualh come up with corn flakes or shredded wheat. They will prepare eggs a; desired, garnished with bacon or ham. But at what a price!
The Subtler Section of Economy may be crammed with all sorts of thrift lore, things to think of in advance and things that are often found out the hard way. I will try to be useful by mentioning ten points thai are, at least, things to think of in a general way. Some of them will be amplified later.
