Hotel Coupons: You may have five coupons whenever dollars to the value of £ 10 are exchanged, and each coupon entitles you to purchase goods worth £1 free of tax. The limit of coupons for any one passport-holder is 180. The passport must be presented with the coupons at any shop where purchases are made. Second, the Personal Export Scheme, applicable to purchases worth £5 or more, enables you to buy goods tax-free without coupons provided that these goods are shipped direct from the shop to your homegoing ship or plane, or to your home address in the States or Canada.
